Things in Your Garage
Don't assume that things stored in your garage are covered by "other structures" on your homeowner or property policy!
Things like a motorcycle, boat, camper, RV, 4x4's, seadoo's...all need their own insurance policy. Think of adult fun toys that you have for using on land or lakes. Even an antique car you are restoring needs it's own policy.
Always be a smart insurance consumer.
Starting a restaurant business!
As a former restaurant owner, I can speak from experience, it is NOT easy! Maybe you are an excellent chef, people rave about your dishes but you have no idea how to run a restaurant.
From the accounting part to managing employees to getting lending, it is a tough business.
While I didn't have a mentor and was way too young (23), I highly encourage finding a mentor to help, if this is your chosen path. I can also be a source of help/ideas/suggestions for you. I am a phone call or email away.
